Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of BuilderX Pro, a software product of Isotect Sturdy Construction Pvt Ltd (GST: 29AAFCI6342B1ZQ), registered in India. By accessing or using BuilderX Pro, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

  • By registering for or using BuilderX Pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable Indian laws and regulations.
  • If you are using BuilderX Pro on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these terms.

2. Services

  • BuilderX Pro provides a cloud-based construction management platform including CRM, project management, materials procurement, HR, expense tracking, and field management tools.
  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration, including your name, email, phone number, and company details.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Subscription & Billing

  • BuilderX Pro is offered on monthly and annual subscription plans. Pricing is displayed on our Pricing page.
  • Beta pricing is available exclusively for new customers during the beta period. Rates are locked in for active subscribers.
  • Payments are processed via Razorpay. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclusive of applicable GST.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • Refunds are not provided for partial subscription periods, except where required by applicable law.

5. Acceptable Use

  • You agree not to use BuilderX Pro for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.
  • You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of our platform.
  • You must not upload or transmit malicious code, spam, or content that infringes third-party rights.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Data & Privacy

  • Your use of BuilderX Pro is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
  • You retain ownership of all data you input into BuilderX Pro. We process it solely to provide the service.
  • We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data.

7. Intellectual Property

  • BuilderX Pro and all associated software, design, and content are the intellectual property of Isotect Sturdy Construction Pvt Ltd.
  • You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for your internal business purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • BuilderX Pro is provided "as is". We make no warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
  • Isotect Sturdy Construction Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
